PROCESSING TIME​

For ready to ship items please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed. For made to order items please allow up to 10 working days for your items to made.

I aim to get orders out quicker than this but during busy periods it may not be possible. If you need your order sooner please do not hesitate to contact me. Processing time does not include shipping time. 

SHIPPING

​UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 are tracked. Prices for this service are £3.50

EU orders​ are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked. Prices for this service are £10.50

International orders are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked. Prices for this service are £15.90

Due to Covid-19 and Brexit delivery may take longer and unfortunately that is out of my control. If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch please email me at paradisecherry.shop@gmail.com with your order number and I can look into that for you.

Please keep in mind that orders sent to the EU and US may be subject to additional charges and custom/import fees. The costs may vary from country to country and Paradise Cherry does not accept responsibility for any additional costs. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault. This does not include minor aesthetic imperfections. 

If your item arrives damaged please email me at paradisecherry.shop@gmail.com with your order number and I can help arrange a return or replacement once I have received the item back in it's original condition. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item, after this time I will not be able to process a refund or exchange for you.

​Do keep in mind that everything is handmade by me and slight aesthetic imperfections may occasionally arise. In this case returns are not accepted. 

CARE INFORMATION

All items are handmade so please treat them gently.

Remove before sleeping and please avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals. This also includes solvents such as perfumes, hairspray and deodorants. 

If you’d like to clean your pieces I’d recommend wiping them with a soft damp cloth avoiding chemicals. 

Some pieces are wired and need to be handled with care so please do not bend them.​
